Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel an order before it has shipped please email us as quickly as possible. We ship out orders pretty quickly so we can not guarantee cancellation.
Only un-opened products may be returned. All returns must be in original packaging and in salable condition within 30 days from ordering.
Shipping Discrepancies
When you receive your order, make sure you look at it carefully to determine that it is the correct item you ordered. If you received the wrong item, make sure it remains un-open, contact us immediately (within 7 days) so we can assign a Return Authorization number and send you the correct item.
Returns
If for any reason you would like to return your un-opened order, you may do so within 14 days for a refund minus the s/h costs. Contact us within 14 days for a Return Authorization number and return address. Please include a note stating purchaser’s name, address and order number and reason for return. Be sure to include a Return Authorization number and you must mail the products in a box, not an envelope..
Orders over $250 will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Our Make-It-Right Guarantee
Our Crystal products are delicate and hand-made by artisans in San Diego. Due to their delicate nature, many factors, including extra rough shipping or climate and humidity, may, on occasion, cause a batch to underperform. Please email us with the batch number that is hand-written on your product and explanation of your issues so we can make it right!
